SEAFOOD IS SAFE

Edith Parten, Communications Director/Gulf Coast RegionalDirector asked us to pass on the word that the Alabama's Gulf Coast Seafood is Safe.  Alabama Dept of Health states that "any fish available for commercial sale, the fish in grocery stores, comes from non-contaminated waters."  "We want to get the word out that seafood is safe to eat and the misconception is hurting the folks that are Alabama's seafood industry," said Bob Omainsky, President of Mobile's Restaurant Association.
